01 / MAKE EVERY INVITATION PERSONAL

One celebration.
The right invitation for everyone.

Invite each guest to the occasions that matter to them, with a separate number of people for every occasion.

  • Set Nikah for 2 people, Zafaf for 4, and Reception for 2—all on the same guest’s invitation.
  • Add guests one at a time or import your guest list from Excel or CSV.
  • Include your invitation card as an image or PDF on the guest’s linked page.
  • Share a personal invitation link with the event details, venue, and welcome message.

You prepare the details. Your administrator handles WhatsApp invitation sending.

02 / KEEP THE IMPORTANT DETAILS CLOSE

A gentle reminder.
A warm welcome.

Help guests arrive at the right place, at the right time, with a personal WhatsApp reminder for the occasion.

  • Include the occasion name, date, time, and venue.
  • Use saved event details or a custom message for a particular occasion.
  • Include the personal invitation link so guests can find their card and RSVP.
  • Your administrator reviews the message and sends it to the selected, opted-in guests.

  • Drag and rearrange welcome text, images, galleries, schedules, maps, PDFs, and helpful questions and answers.
  • Choose fonts and colour combinations, preview your page, and save your design.
  • Guests accept or decline each occasion and enter attendance within their invitation limit.
  • Set an RSVP deadline, filter attendance by occasion, and share a live report with your client.

  1. Get your account. Contact our team to arrange access and your event allowance, then sign in.
  2. Create your event. Add a title, host, date, time, venue, address, and welcome message.
  3. Add your guests. Enter guests individually or import Excel or CSV. Set each guest’s invited count for each occasion, such as Nikah: 2, Zafaf: 4, and Reception: 2.
  4. Design the RSVP page. Start with a ready-made style. Add and rearrange sections, choose fonts and colours, and preview the result.
  5. Add the finishing touches. Upload an invitation image or PDF, add a schedule, and include a Google Maps link. Save the design to update guest links.
  6. Arrange invitations and reminders. Your administrator prepares and sends approved WhatsApp messages to opted-in guests, with the invitation link and the relevant date, time, and venue.
  7. Guests RSVP. Each guest opens their personal link, accepts or declines each invited occasion, and confirms attendance within the invited count.
  8. Follow the responses. Filter attendance by occasion, share a live report, and set an RSVP closing time. New responses are blocked after the deadline.

A FEW HELPFUL DETAILS

Before the invitations go out.

How do I get an account?

Our team creates your account and sets the number of events you can manage. Send an enquiry or call +91 92658 78863 to get started.

Can I use my own invitation card?

Yes. Add an Image or PDF section in the RSVP page builder and upload your card. Images support JPG, PNG, and WebP; PDF documents are supported too. The current upload limit is 2 MB per file. Your guests access the card from their invitation page.

Who sends the WhatsApp invitations and reminders?

Clients prepare the event, guest list, and RSVP design. An administrator manages WhatsApp configuration and sends approved invitation and reminder templates to guests who have opted in.

What happens when the RSVP deadline passes?

The invitation page stops accepting new responses after the configured closing time. You can review the saved responses and filter the attendance report by occasion.
